  1. Is there a minimum contract?
    No, the agreement is on a simple one-month rolling basis. But I recommend a minimum of three months to build momentum.

  2. What’s included each month?
    Your retainer is tailored to you and your business, as we believe every business is unique. We establish what your requirements are during our discovery call.

  3. Can I change my marketing activities?
    Yes, we understand that marketing is fluid and may need changing to fit your business requirements.

  4. How do we communicate?
    You will have a dedicated account manager who you will have direct access to via email as well as regular check-in meetings.

  5. How soon will I see results?
    Marketing builds over time, so it’s not an overnight fix. Most clients notice a difference in how visible and consistent they are within the first few months, which is why we recommend starting with three.

  6. Will it sound like me?
    Yes. We take the time to get to know you and your business, so everything we write sounds like you, not a template. Nothing goes out until you’re happy with it.

  7. How will I know it’s working?
    We check in regularly and keep you updated on what’s working and what isn’t. If something isn’t delivering, we’ll tell you and change it.

  8. What do you need from me?
    A little time at the start so we can get to know your business, then the occasional photo, update or quick approval. We handle the rest.

  9. Do you work with businesses like mine?
    We only work with service businesses, from accountants and solicitors to photographers and travel agents. If people pay you for what you know or what you do, you’re in the right place.
